These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, online store, crystal and spiritual products, and recorded psychic, intuitive, tarot, oracle, or spiritual readings.

By placing an order or purchasing a reading from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Products and Services

We provide online sales of crystals, crystal-related products, spiritual products and other metaphysical items.

We also provide pre-recorded psychic, intuitive, tarot, oracle and/or spiritual readings.

Our readings are recorded in advance and delivered electronically. We do not provide readings face-to-face, by telephone, Zoom, video call, or other live appointment unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.

Our products and readings are offered for personal, spiritual, reflective and entertainment purposes. Our psychic readings are for people aged 18 years and older. By purchasing a psychic reading you are agreeing to this term.

2. Psychic & Spiritual Readings

A reading is a subjective and intuitive service. Information provided during a reading represents the reader's interpretation and should not be understood as a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

We do not guarantee that:

• a prediction will occur;

• a particular event will happen;

• a relationship will develop, continue, or reconcile;

• a particular person will contact you;

• a specific outcome will occur;

• information received during a reading will be factually accurate; or

• the reading will provide the outcome you are hoping for.

You acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.

A reading should be regarded as guidance for personal reflection rather than certainty about the future.

3. No Professional Advice

Our readings are not professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, or other professional advice.

We do not provide health advice, medical advice, mental health advice, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where you require professional advice.

You should not make medical, legal, financial, investment, or other significant decisions solely on the basis of information contained in a reading.

4. Recorded Readings

All readings purchased through our website are provided as pre-recorded recordings.

We will record your reading and provide you with access to the recording electronically.

The recording may be provided through a private or password-protected link, download link, digital delivery platform, or another electronic method selected by us.

The exact format and method of delivery may vary.

5. Delivery of Your Reading

Once your reading has been completed, we will send an email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

The email will contain a link or instructions for accessing your recorded reading.

You are responsible for providing a correct and functioning email address.

Please check your junk, spam, promotions and other email folders if you do not immediately receive your reading.

6. 60-Day Access Period

Your recorded reading will be available for download for 60 days from the date the access link is sent to you, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for downloading and saving a copy of your reading during this 60-day period.

After the 60-day access period expires, the download link may be disabled and we may no longer retain the recording or be able to provide you with another copy.

We strongly recommend downloading and securely saving your reading as soon as you receive the access link.

7. Loss of Access

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your reading during the 60-day access period, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with access where technically possible.

Once the 60-day access period has expired, we are not required to restore access or provide another copy of the recording, unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by us.

We are not responsible for a client's failure to download or save their reading before the access period expires.

8. Personal Use of Recordings

Your recorded reading is provided for your personal use.

You may download and retain a copy for your own personal reference.

You must not sell, commercially exploit, reproduce for commercial purposes, publish, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially use the recording without our prior written permission.

You must also respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of the reader and our business.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We understand that information provided for a reading may be personal or sensitive.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because readings are recorded, information discussed during the reading may be captured in the recording. By purchasing a recorded reading, you acknowledge and consent to the reading being recorded for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We will take reasonable steps to protect recordings and personal information from unauthorised access.

10. Crystal & Product Purchases

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate.

Crystals and natural stones are naturally occurring materials. Individual pieces may vary in:

• Colour and pattern

• Shape and size

• Weight

• Clarity

• Inclusions

• Texture

• Markings

• Surface characteristics

These natural variations are part of the nature of natural crystal and stone products and are not necessarily defects.

Where a product is handmade, natural, raw, polished or otherwise individually produced, variations should be expected.

11. Crystal & Metaphysical Properties

Descriptions of crystals and other spiritual products may refer to traditional, cultural, historical or metaphysical associations.

Such descriptions reflect spiritual or traditional beliefs and are provided for informational and personal purposes.

We do not represent or warrant that crystals or other products can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness, disease, medical condition or psychological condition.

Our products should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare or other professional advice.

12. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order where reasonably necessary.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

13. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AUD, unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before products are dispatched or a reading is prepared.

We use third-party payment providers where applicable. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

14. Reading Orders & Refunds

Because readings are individually prepared and recorded for the purchaser, please ensure that the information you provide when placing your order is correct.

Please refer to our refund and cancellation policy for more information.

Nothing in our refund policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund, replacement, repair, cancellation or other remedy, those rights continue to apply.

15. Shipping & Delivery of Physical Products

Physical products will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal services, couriers, customs, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and complete.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

16. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your physical order arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@soulfullycentred.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

17. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, reading materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our written permission.

Your purchase of a reading does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for unlawful purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, customer accounts or digital content.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our business, website, customers or systems.

19. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party providers to process payments, deliver emails, host recorded readings, provide download links, ship products or operate parts of our website.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

20. Customer Conduct

We are committed to providing our services in a respectful and professional manner.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where a customer engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful behaviour.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from a customer's interpretation of or reliance upon information contained in a psychic, intuitive, tarot, oracle or spiritual reading.

You acknowledge that readings are interpretive and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

22. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, postal or courier disruptions, technical failures, government actions or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, we will take steps to minimise the effect of such events.

23. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and handled in accordance with that policy.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date.
