Refund Policy

All psychic readings are final and non-refundable. These services are based on intuitive insight and are subjective in nature. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or outcomes of the information provided.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The service was not delivered

  • The session was missed due to technical failure or reader absence

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the reading, disagreement with the content, or perceived inaccuracy. All services are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance only.

If you experience a technical issue or have concerns, please contact us at Soulfully Centred within 48 hours after the reading has been delivered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Psychic Readings

To provide the best possible service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. Soulfully Centred reserves the right to cancel sessions at their discretion. The client will be notified via email and will be provided a full refund provided they have not breached our Terms & Conditions.
